In October 2006, Robinson & Robinson acquired Richter Designs™. Brothers Noel and Peter Robinson, born in England, sold their furniture manufacturing business there prior to moving to the U.S. in 1989 when Robinson and Robinson was founded. The company places great emphasis on design and product development. The foundations of Quality, Consistency, and Customer Service remain firmly embedded throughout the organization and continue to fuel the company’s persistent growth. Richter Designs™ specializes in producing up-market upholstery products catering to lifestyle retailers like Pottery Barn, and ZGallerie.
